Ayurveda means knowledge of life & based on the notion that disease is caused by an imbalance or stress in one's consciousness & environment.

Ayurvedic medicine consultations, are designed to assist you on your journey to optimum health & wellbeing, by tailoring a treatment plan specific to one's requirements/health concerns, using Ayurvedic herbs, Ayurvedic herbal therapies, Ayurvedic eating plan, & lifestyle plans, to regain a balance between the mind, body, spirit & environment.

During the consult, your Pakruti (natural constitution) & Vikriti (current state if imbalance) & ama (toxins) in the body will be established, through analysis & questioning, establishing medical history (family, current & past) & any current medications, a systemic examination & dietary analysis. 

An Ayurvedic treatment plan, will be emailed to you, within 48 hrs of your consultation, which contains all the information regarding herbal formulations, yoga, & dietary changes for your constitution.

Ayurvedic Follow up Consultation  $55.00 ~ 30mins

Ayurvedic follow up consultation is to review the treatment plan, & to make any adjustments that maybe required.

Marma Point Women’s Massage   $95.00 ~ 60mins                                                                                               

Marma point massage is used to stimulate subtle energy or prana. The Marmas are subtle energy channels called Nadis & are vital energy points.  There are 107 Marmas in the body, & are where two or more types of tissues that meet, muscles, bones, joints, ligaments & veins, & when the points are activated, they encourage the body to work on specific ailments and pain, releasing blocked energy, related to the particular Marma.  

The Marma massage is very effective for relief of tired, stiff muscles and boosting circulation.

Abhyanga Women’s Massage   $95.00 ~ 60min

Abhyanga Ayurvedic massage, is a gentle massage, that involves massaging the entire body with long, elongated movements and kneading, using specific, warm herbal medicate oils for particular ailments and in relation to the vitiated Dosha, (Pitta, Kapha or Vata). Abhyanga restores the balances of the Doshas, enhances well-being and longevity, whilst nourishing the body, lubricates the joints, increases circulation & stimulates the internal organs, assists with elimination of impurities & moves the lymphs, which assists in detoxification process, calms the CNS, benefits sleep & pacifies Pitta, Vata & Kapha.      Abhyanga is not a remedial massage.

Ayurvedic Marma foot massage, involves isolating the foot Marma points, which are massaged in a specific way, using a Kansa wand and warm Dosha oil.

Indian head massage is an Ayurvedic therapy, massaging the scalp, with or without oils, using a particular massaging/kneading technique, which stimulates circulation & the nerves, clearing any blocked Marma points.    Indian head massage may provide relief from migraines, replenish energy levels, improve insomnia, relieve sinus & may assist with anxiety & depression.

Nasaya Treatment                      $55.00 ~ 30mins

Nasaya treatment involves applying medicinal herbal oils into the nasal passages, to support the sinus, nose, throat & head.  This therapy anoints the nose in order to lubricate the nasal passages, providing subtle moisture to breath and nurture the higher cerebral faculties & sensory organs.

Churna Pinda Sweda (bolus bag,  massage)                                      $95.00 ~ 60mins

Bolus bag or powder bag massage, is the Ayurvedic technique of fomentation, in which cotton bags are filled with a mixture of herbs and are heated in warm oil,  rhythmically dabbed & massaged simultaneously.  This type of massage assists in alleviating pain, reduces swelling due to arthritis, muscular spasm and rheumatism.

Udvartana Massage $95.00 ~ 60mins

Udvartana massage stimulates the body to improve fat & fluid metabolism, circulation, lymphatic drainage, & sluggishness.  A warm, dry, therapeutic herbal powders, are scrubbed onto the body with specific strokes.

Basti Therapies $65.00 ~ 30mins

Kati basti is a deep tissue treatment for low back pain & associated health issues.  It provides relief & relaxes the lower back muscles.  This treatment involves a dam filled with warm oil is made on the affected area, & is beneficial for inflammation, osteoporosis & degenerative issues.  Other basti treatments are; neck/shoulder, upper back, knee, heart, lower abdomen & navel.

CANCELATION POLICY

Our Ayurvedic Practitioner requires 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. If you are unable to provide 24-hour notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we will do our best to accommodate changes to your appointment if necessary. 
We value your time and ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may need to be rescheduled.
