How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders will be processed within 3-5 business days, after payment has been processed and cleared.

Estimated delivery within Australia, is between 5-10 business days, depending on location.

Upon order being sent, you will be emailed a tracking number.

Why do you only have postage with tracking?

Postage with tracking is a more secure way of posting your goods, if the goods are not delivered, then Australia Post are able locate the item and redeliver.

Do you accept returns?

What if my item is damaged?

All products are quality checked prior to sending and packaged with the utmost care for our customers.

If for some reason, you have received your item damaged, please send a photo immediately for customer service to assist you.

Where are your crystals sourced from and are they ethically sourced?

Our crystals are sourced from wholesalers within Australia and around the world.  We use wholesalers that work with exporters that ensure the working conditions are ethical in the mines, and also bringing quality and value.

I am new to crystals, where do I start?

If you are new to crystals, the best place to start is by researching and learning about the different varieties of crystals and their properties. Each crystal has its own unique energies and properties that can be used for healing and spiritual work. Once you have a basic understanding of the different crystals, you can begin to select the ones that best suit your needs. You can also look into different ways to cleanse and program your crystals, so that they can be used effectively for your wellness journey.

Also, let the crystal guide you, when you look at many varieties of crystals it can becoming quite confusing.  They best way to choose a crystal, is let the crystal choose you.  Crystals interact with energy fields, and the one that you need, is the one that you will be drawn to you, the crystals energy is synergizing with your own.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR APPOINTMENTS

What happens if I cannot make it to my scheduled appointment?

Our wellness center requires 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. If you are unable to provide 24-hour notice, you may be charged a cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we will do our best to accommodate changes to your appointment if necessary. 
We value your time and ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it may need to be rescheduled. 
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you for your next appointment.
